Box Butte综合医院由五名董事会成员管理. 理事们都是志愿者, chosen from a list of applicants submitted to the Box Butte County Commissioners whenever a term expires. 

自1976年以来，BBGH一直由一批非常合格和敬业的受托人提供良好的服务, coming from a wide variety of backgrounds ranging from health care providers to ranchers; business owners to CEOs.
